The cool, extended 2026 growing season has produced a Sauvignon Blanc of purity, detail and freshness. Aromas of lime zest, grapefruit and white nectarine are complemented by subtle notes of fresh herbs and flowering citrus. The palate is vibrant and finely textured, balancing bright fruit intensity with crisp natural acidity. Slow ripening through the cool vintage has delivered excellent flavour development and precision, while maintaining freshness and length. A refined Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc that is both expressive and elegant.
